Kgabo Moabelo is one of the company’s directors serving as the Chairman and as a Non Executive Director.
Outside Yeo, Kgabo previously was the Managing Director for Gold Fields South Africa. He served on various Boards including inter alia, 21st Century Pay and Business Solutions, Cisco South Africa, Bankmed, etc.Kgabo is renowned for his Business Leadership and Organisational Business Transformation skills complemented with Change Management Leadership.Kgabo holds a B Admin (Industrial Psychology), B Admin Hons and an M Science (Engineering Business Management) qualifications.
Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from UNISA and a Master of Business Administration (Corporate Strategy) from Leicester School of Business in the U.K.
He until recently served as the CEO of the 2010 FIFA World Cup Programme for the City of Tshwane. Being tasked with the monumental task of ensuring the overall readiness of the City for this prestigious world-class event, Godfrey‘s role also included making sure that the city is ready for the 2009 Confederations Cup. This role entailed dealing with various stakeholders in government at National and Provincial levels and the private sector. Post the World Cup, Godfrey was appointed as the Strategic Executive of National Treasury Grant Funded strategic projects in the City. These projects, amongst other, included aspects of: City Planning, Economic Development, crafting developmental strategies and sourcing investment from the private Sector. Prior to joining the City of Tshwane, Godfrey was the CEO of a consulting firm that specialised in Corporate Strategy and BEE Consulting for institutions in the private and government sectors. His finance background earned him numerous senior positions in internationally recognised blue-chip companies such as Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank, FCB Fidelity Bank, Deloitte and Nestle.
Aggrey has over 25 years’ experience in IT having cut his teeth in technology engineering and sales at IBM in banking, telecoms and public sector. Through IBM he enjoyed international exposure through numerous short foreign assignments in the US and Europe. He subsequently joined Compaq and Hewlett Packard for five years as a senior sales executive focusing on government. His last stint in the corporate world was as Public Sector lead for Cisco SA for six years before joining Yeo Technologies. In this role at Cisco, Aggrey led a team of sales and engineering professionals in positioning solutions in e-government, digital inclusion, smart cities, health and education. He holds a B.SC degree with numerous post-graduate certificates in sales and management. His key passion and focus is on how technology can be exploited to bridge the digital divide and improve service delivery to citizens. Aggrey is currently the Deputy CEO at Yeo Technologies with responsibilities to drive revenue and market segment growth, opportunity engagement, executive relations, and the fulfillment of the go-to-market strategy.
Lance has over 20 years’ experience in various industry verticals such as, Financial Services, Management Consulting and within the Information Technology Arena.
Lance serves as a Director for PEMO, a human capital consultancy company and he has previously worked for companies such as SAP, Cisco, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and Deloitte and has been instrumental in shaping the workforce of and on behalf the latter companies. Previously, Lance worked within the financial services industry as a sales executive for Southern Life, Sage and First National Bank. Lance has extensive business operational experience that has overlapped into other functional areas of Human Resources and Information Technology. Lance currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Yeo Technologies overseeing the business operations and ensuring the practical implementation of the company’s strategic vision.
